I then add 1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup and 1 can of mushroom soup. (If the roast is large... I add 2 envelopes and two cans of soup.) Put the lid on it and cook on low all day. I usually put it on at 7:00 am and by 3:00 in afternoon it is ready. I shred the beef and then put the beef back into its own gravy. Serve on sandwich buns or by itself with Mash potatoes and corn. YUM-O! Take out of crock pot and shred. Put some in a baking pan and cut tortillas in half placing them on chicken (which will be about 3 or 4 halves), cover with sour cream and then cheese, layer everything again with the remainders. Bake at 350 until cheese melts. I've actually had to start making 2 dishes because my kids will eat a whole dish in 1 night! I know this is technically a crock pot and oven recipe, but give me a break, I'm feeding 3 kids and this is one of their favorites!cakebakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02347463662732655172noreply@blogger.com
